Job summary

Openwork is currently seeking a skilled Web Industrial Sewing Machine Operator in Suwanee, GA. This hands-on, team-oriented role involves operating and adjusting sewing machinery, producing high-quality web products to spec, selecting materials, and maintaining a safe, efficient production environment.

You will read production sheets and manuals, work with the right tools, and report any equipment or safety issues. Shift is Mon-Fri 2:00pm-10:00pm; training on first shift available; pay is $17/hr.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, sewing, machine operation, or production experience.
• Ability to read production documents, manufacturing instructions, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.

Responsibilities

• Operating, setting up, and adjusting sewing machines and other production equipment.
• Sewing and producing web products according to manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
• Working as part of a team to meet or exceed production, quality, and department goals.

• Identifying and reporting equipment, operational, safety, or material issues.
• Packing finished products as required.

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a skilled Web Industrial Sewing Machine Operator in Suwanee, Ga. In this hands-on and team-oriented role, you will be responsible for operating and adjusting sewing machinery, producing high-quality web products to manufacturing specifications, selecting the appropriate materials and tools, and supporting a safe and efficient production environment.

In a Web Industrial Sewing Machine Operator job you’ll be responsible for:
