Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial sewing machines.
• Experience with CNC cutting equipment or similar manufacturing tools.
• Ability to operate RF scanners and basic ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines and CNC cutting equipment to manufacture parts according to specifications.
• Use RF scanner and ERP systems to track materials, inventory, and finished products.
• Create and apply labels accurately.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Report defects or production issues to the Production Lead or Quality Department.
• Move raw materials and finished goods between worktables, conveyors, and machines.
• Clean, label, and package finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Assist with training new and existing team members on production processes.
