Job description

Sewing Responsibilities:

• Sew standard products and sub-components using templates, samples, or QPM.
• Sew standard, basic custom seats, backs, overlays, hip guides, and laterals.
• Operate tools including hand and power tools such as measuring tapes, cordless drills, wrenches, bag sealers, allen wrenches, and label guns.
• Use commercial sewing machines, including sergers, gusset, binder, tacking, and stitch sewers.
• Verify quality by measuring and checking completed components against specifications.
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock levels and notifying supervisors of issues.
• Accurately record material usage for work orders on designated paperwork.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory verification as needed.
• Compare colors, shapes, textures, or grades of products or materials to templates or samples to ensure conformance to standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.

Working Hours: Monday through Thursday, 7 am - 5:30 pm.
