We are seeking a passionate and agile Folder/Gluer Operator who enjoys problem-solving and challenges, and who is excited to build something great with us. As a Folder/Gluer Operator in our Finishing Department, you will set up and operate folder/gluer machines to produce cartons that meet customer specifications. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, tracking production schedules, providing instructions to Packers, and entering job data into the Radius system. You will also communicate and resolve quality issues with QA and the Finishing Lead/Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and understand work instructions from job tickets/bags
• Follow the production schedule
• Support machine efficiency by locating stock, loading, and stacking
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Perform weekly/monthly TPM tasks and report machine issues
• Operate the folder/gluer machine to meet quality standards
• Set up the machine using tools and perform initial production runs
• Conduct quality checks and report non-conformances
• Meet efficiency and quality goals consistently

This is a full-time, on-site position working Monday through Thursday, with potential schedule adjustments based on operational needs.

• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
• Strong teamwork and adaptability
• Ability to work overtime and in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with folding and SFL cartons

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform physical tasks as described, including repetitive lifting and bending.
