Job summary

Ricochet Manufacturing Company is seeking a skilled sewing operator in Philadelphia. Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of sewing experience in a manufacturing setting, with the capability to operate various types of sewing machines. Job description

Must be US citizen or Permanent Resident

Minimum of Two (2) years of relevant sewing experience in a factory or manufacturing setting.

Formal sewing education may be substituted for work experience. This determination will be made by management.

Capable of using standard measuring tools. Basic math skills Pass sample sewing tests. Ability to comprehend, carry out written drawing instructions in English. Be able to perform the physical demands of the job.

Specific Duties And Responsibilities
  • Sew multiple raw materials, designs and products.
  • Perform non-sewing functions when needed, including measuring and marking of materials.
  • Perform all daily routine maintenance and adjustments on sewing machines.
  • Experience in the operation of single needle, double needle,merrow and serge machines and bar tack machines.
  • Ability to read and understand orders with pictures and or written instructions.
  • Must be available to work overtime when required.
  • Performs other related duties such as maintaining and cleaning work area as required or assigned.
  • Follows company rules and procedures.
