Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
• Direct experience maintaining industrial sewing machines used for geotextiles and related fabrics.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, drawings, schematics, and maintenance instructions.
• Welding or light fabrication experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment and sewing machines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and servo-drive systems.
• Maintain sewing machines used for geotextiles and other textiles.
• Diagnose machine performance issues including timing and stitch quality.
• Maintain preventive maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
• Assist with installation, calibration, and relocation of equipment.
• Collaborate with operators and Quality to resolve equipment issues.
• Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean.
• Participate in continuous improvement for reliability and productivity.
