CREATIVE MACHINE REPAIR LLC in Michigan is seeking an Industrial Service Technician to troubleshoot and service industrial electrical and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will inspect, install, test, and repair equipment with attention to safety and quality.

You will work on motors, drives, PLCs, CNCs, robots, and automation equipment across the Holland, Muskegon, and Grand Rapids region. A high school diploma is required; travel opportunities exist, and company-provided vehicle after

Qualifications

• Background in mechanical, electrical and/or controls troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently on various projects.
• Knowledge of motors, drives, PLCs, electrical circuits, high and low voltage, relays.
• Experience with CNCs, robots, stamping presses, feeders, and automated equipment is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot industrial equipment to determine why it isn't operating properly.
• Source replacement parts.
• Remove defective parts and return equipment to proper operation.
• Knowledge of motors, drives, PLCs, electrical circuits, high voltage, low voltage, controls voltages, relays, and other electrical components and concepts required.
• Knowledge and experience with box ways, gibs, linear bearings, spindles, motors, gearboxes and other industrial mechanical systems.
• Experience with CNCs, robots, stamping presses, feeders, and automated equipment highly desired.
