Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–5+ years of relevant technical experience in industrial, commercial, municipal, water/wastewater, electrical, mechanical, or similar environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to identify and address potential safety concerns.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and smart devices preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR review, and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate, service, maintain, and troubleshoot water and wastewater treatment equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and identify equipment, process, and safety concerns.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate with customers and team members.
• Provide technical support to less-experienced technicians as needed.
