Job Description: Work under the field supervisor providing demand service to industrial and commercial clients. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of various HVAC/R equipment such as refrigeration, ice machines, air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, and more.

Key Duties:

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC equipment in an industrial setting.
• Diagnose issues, procure parts, calibrate systems, and communicate effectively with customers.
• Document equipment details and test measurements upon arrival.
• Provide solutions, communicate with team and customers, and ensure schedule adherence.
• Travel to sites, work nights or weekends as needed, and maintain company vehicle.
• Utilize field service software and participate in training on industry technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to read drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with chillers, ice machines, controls, boilers, and classified equipment.

Certifications Required:

• Basic Safety (HASC or ISTC), TWIC card, EPA Universal Certification.

Qualifications:

• Clear background, drug-free, valid driving record.
• Dependable, punctual, team-oriented.
• Knowledge of industrial HVAC systems and safety regulations.
• Flexible schedule, safety-conscious, excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, read schematics, and use computer software.

Work Experience: 3-5 years in HVAC/R troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
