Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a mid-level Industrial Security Specialist to monitor End-Use Monitoring compliance, conduct inspections, and strengthen safeguards for U.S.-provided defense assets. The role requires extensive security experience and the ability to travel to austere locations as needed.

You will prepare reports, analyze risks, and coordinate with government and contractor personnel to resolve deficiencies and ensure program integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in military security, physical security, force protection, Security Assistance, or End-Use Monitoring.
• Experience evaluating physical security measures including access control, visitor management, CCTV, and perimeter security.
• Experience protecting assets, aviation assets, munitions, or controlled facilities.
• Experience conducting security inspections, compliance assessments, or vulnerability assessments.
• Experience writing and preparing incident investigations, technical reports and corrective action recommendations.
• Knowledge of physical security principles, access control, asset accountability, and risk management.
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time to austere locations in South Asia, deployments up to 6 months.
• HS diploma or GED and Valid U.S. Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

This position supports mission success by ensuring accountability, mitigating risk, and maintaining the integrity of Security Cooperation and End-Use Monitoring programs. Conduct roving car patrols as part of the security checks

You Have:

• Experience evaluating physical security measures, including access control, visitor management, key and lock control, restricted-area protection, CCTV, intrusion detection systems, alarm systems, and perimeter security
• Experience protecting assets, aviation assets, munitions, or controlled facilities
• Experience conducting security inspections, compliance assessments, or vulnerability assessments
• Experience writing and preparing incident investigations, technical reports and corrective action recommendations
• Knowledge of physical security principles, access control, asset accountability, and risk management
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time to austere locations in South Asia, including deployments of up to 6 months
• HS diploma or GED
