Job summary

Team Carney is seeking a SME Instructor to develop, deliver, and maintain the Industrial Security Curriculum for federal customers. The role requires on-site presence in Linthicum, MD one day per week and an active Secret clearance.

You will collaborate with client leads, management, and technical staff to design and deliver training, certifications, and related products, while performing course management and SME support throughout the ADDIE process.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Security.
• Experience instructing adult learners or DoD security policy.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and maintain the Industrial Security Curriculum.
• Work with client program leads and staff to design and deliver training and certifications.
• Instruct and perform course manager duties.
• Prepare classrooms and manage classes and student accounts.
• Provide SME support for Training Needs Analysis and beta testing.
• Review training materials and ensure content accuracy.
