Job summary

Esri is seeking a security professional to manage day-to-day security operations at a secure Esri facility, ensuring compliance with NISPOM, ICD directives, and government requirements. The role supports self-inspections, customer assessments, access control, and facility documentation across IC and defense programs.

Qualifications

• Professional experience executing industrial security responsibilities in a cleared contractor environment.
• Experience supporting IC, Defense, or other customer-directed security programs.
• Working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, ICDs, SEDs, and other gov security requirements.
• Experience supporting SCIFs or equivalent secure environments.
• Experience with personnel security and access administration, including clearance processing, indoctrinations, debriefings, and foreign travel.
• Experience using security systems or customer systems such as DISS, NBIS, SWFT, or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day security operations for IC, Defense, and other customer-directed security programs.
• Interpret and apply applicable government, customer, contract, and company security requirements to program operations.
• Support program access, indoctrinations, debriefings, visit certifications, document control, foreign travel requirements, and customer-specific security processes.
• Prepare, maintain, and update SOPs, security plans, local instructions, training materials, logs, trackers, and assessment-ready records.
• Support secure facility operations and maintain workspace integrity through access controls and related procedures.
• Coordinate with government customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with security requirements.
