Job summary

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Marietta, GA is seeking a dynamic security leader to head the Government Security Operations team as Security Rep Asc Manager within SES. You will oversee day-to-day industrial security functions, protect personnel and facilities, and ensure compliance with DCSA and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of Security Reps in an industrial security setting.
• In-depth knowledge of 32 CFR parts and DoD security guidance.
• Ability to build relationships with PMs, customers, and partners.
• Experience balancing security with program needs in Secret/TS environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Security Reps and ensure day-to-day GSO operations.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and incident response.
• Coordinate with program leadership, contracts, and facilities to meet customer requirements.
