Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in physical security operations, facilities security, or electronic security systems.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and service providers.
• Familiarity with electronic access control and intrusion detection systems
• Experience writing or maintaining policies, procedures, and operational documentation
• Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with physical security vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for security technologies
• Monitor vendor performance against service levels and contractual obligations
• Review service reports, invoices, and maintenance records
• Coordinate onsite vendor access and ensure compliance with organizational security requirements
• Coordinate maintenance and testing of intrusion detection and alarm monitoring systems
• Track alarm system issues through resolution
• Ensure alarm devices remain operational through routine inspections
• Assist with administration of enterprise access control systems
• Conduct routine audits of access permissions
• Assist with troubleshooting access control hardware and software issues
• Coordinate installation and maintenance of card readers, controllers, and related hardware
• Assist in the development and review of policies, standards, and standard operating procedures
• Ensure documentation remains current with organizational and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate security records, inventories and reporting metrics
• Participate in after-hours support routine maintenance and critical security incidents as needed.
