Timken Gears & Services Philadelphia Gear has a current opening at their headquarters in King of Prussia, PA, for an Industrial Security Manager. This position manages and oversees Industrial Security, working closely with the Assistant Facility Security Officer(s), Senior Management Official, Insider Threat Program Senior Official, Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information Control Officer, and Senior Attorney-Power Systems to ensure compliance with defense industrial base security requirements and promote cybersecurity resilience across IT platforms, networks, and infrastructure. The role also involves liaising with external and internal entities to maintain operational effectiveness.
The Industrial Security Manager - FSO ensures that company facilities and IT assets—including hardware, software, and accessories—meet all requirements for safeguarding controlled technical data, complying with Department of Defense regulations and other relevant standards for classified and unclassified information.
