Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector seeks an Industrial Security Analyst – Level 3, onsite at Schriever AFB, CO. The role leads program security and coordinates with program management, engineering, and contracting to ensure compliance and secure handling of collateral and SCI materials.

The successful candidate will support a 5/40 schedule, manage security operations across multiple disciplines, and align with DoD and NFPS requirements while maintaining relationships with customers and government

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional experience, or Master’s with 3 years, or PhD with 1 year.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and general office software.
• Familiarity with CFR 32/NISPOM and DoD security manuals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as program security lead and assist security manager to customer and program teams.
• Provide proactive security guidance to program management, engineering, contracts and other stakeholders.
• Manage and oversee Physical, Personnel, Operations security and document control functions.
• Ensure compliance with NISPOM, DD254, SCG and related federal requirements.
• Develop security education, training, and awareness programs; conduct audits and track corrective actions.
