Job summary

Quindar is standing up an Industrial Security Program to support DoD and IC customers. The Industrial Security Specialist I/II/III will work with the Facility Security Officer to stand up security operations, implement standards, and enable mission execution across new and existing secure spaces.

You will manage the clearance lifecycle, prepare DD-254s, support inspections, and help scale security software and processes. Candidates should be U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen.
• Active Top Secret clearance.
• 2–4 years of DoD/DCSA security experience supporting an FSO or CSSO.
• Hands-on experience with security software and compliance processes.
• Experience with the life cycle of employee security reporting.
• Experience reviewing DD-254s to establish program security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver security training, education, and awareness programs.
• Manage the full personnel clearance lifecycle (initial submissions, upgrades, reinvestigations).
• Support classified onboarding and offboarding briefings for employees.
• Provide local visitor control and classified meeting support.
• Review SF-86s for adequacy and completeness.
• Process Visit Access Requests (VARs).
• Assist with DCSA self-inspections, assessments, and audits.
• Support maintenance and build-out of security compliance software.
• Help develop, revise, and maintain security policies and internal processes.
• Support physical security operations (badging, visitor access, secure storage).
• Assist with security briefings and presentations.
