This role coordinates communications, monitors activity, documents incidents, and supports timely security responses at a manufacturing location. You will provide exceptional customer service, maintain logs, and ensure proper access control

Qualifications

Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Background check will be conducted in compliance with applicable laws.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
Monitor dispatch communications, relay routine and emergency information, maintain activity logs, and coordinate notifications with site personnel and responders.
Respond to incidents, alarms, production-area concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner per reporting procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas including entrances, perimeter, parking, and industrial zones.
Observe and report unusual conditions, maintain documentation, assist with visitor, contractor, and vehicle screening to deter unauthorized access.
