Job summary

Palantir is seeking an Industrial Security Specialist to support DoD missions and USG security programs. You will partner with FSOs to plan and execute personnel and physical security, maintain compliance, and support a fast-paced, detail‑oriented environment.

In this hybrid role, you’ll manage clearance pipelines, assist with security education, and communicate with customers to enable Palantir’s critical operations while maintaining rigorous standards and data integrity across sensitive

Qualifications

• USG security experience and knowledge of DoD requirements.
• Experience supporting personnel and physical security programs.
• Ability to work with USG information systems and maintain data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in daily execution of compliance across personnel and physical security programs within a USG accredited facility
• Responsible for mandatory USG reporting as it relates to personnel, facility, and insider threat programs
• Maintain data integrity and best practices when operating collateral, SCI, and SAP clearance pipelines
• Assist in the development and execution of security education and awareness programs
• Communicate effectively with a customer service oriented mindset
• Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Travel up to 10% of the time (preferred but not required)
• Active U.S. DoD Top Secret, with eligibility and willingness to obtain TS/SCI
• Experience assisting with implementation and maintenance of a security program
• Ability to utilize USG information systems such as DISS, NBIS, SWFT, e-QIP, and ACCS
