Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Palmdale, CA is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst – Level 2 to join the Personnel Security Team onsite. The role focuses on PERSEC support, processing clearances, indoctrinations, and ensuring compliance with DoD SAP/NISPOM requirements.

An active Secret clearance is required. You will maintain security databases, coordinate with government and contractor staff, and manage visitor control and documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience or Master’s degree with 0 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide program security and personnel security (PERSEC) support; administer indoctrination/debriefings; manage access information.
• Generate PIAs, briefs/debriefs, and support government security team as needed.
• Analyze and resolve personnel security issues; guide employees and managers on compliance actions.
• Oversee security programs per DoD SAP/NISPOM, ICD directives, and DNI/IC Tech Spec requirements.
• Ensure compliance with government and corporate security policies; manage DD Form 254 adherence.
• Serve as liaison with government agencies, customers, contractors, and staff; handle security paperwork.
• Maintain security databases and act as data transfer agent for government uploads.
• Other duties as assigned.
