Northrop Grumman is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst – Level 4 in the Dulles, VA area. The role involves protecting classified and proprietary information, conducting CI/insider threat investigations, and coordinating awareness campaigns.

Occasional travel is required and 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off. The candidate must hold an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI access, have leadership ability, and be able to collaborate with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience; or Master’s with 6 years; or PhD with 4 years.
• Requires active U.S. Government Top-Secret clearance with SCI access.
• Experience in counterintelligence and insider threat investigations preferred.

The Industrial Security Analyst will manage a portfolio within the counterintelligence and insider threat program for the Northrop Grumman Space Sector (NGSP). Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
