Northrop Grumman is currently seeking an Industrial Security Analyst - Level 2 to join our Tactical Space Systems team in Dulles, VA. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. The Industrial Security Analyst will join our Personnel Security Team and will work closely with senior executives, customers, and government representatives.
In this job, you will:
Provide program security and personnel security (PERSEC) support including review and process required documentation in support of the SAP and SCI nomination processes; prepare and administer program indoctrination and debriefings; access, review and submit clearance/access information using DISS and JADE; maintain PERSEC databases in accordance with customer tracking requirements.
Generate and/or review Program Access Request (PAR) packages; ensure all required information is included including currency of information, completeness of forms, and inclusion of required signatures.
Analyze, investigate, and resolve personnel security issues while providing leadership and guidance to employees, supervisors, and managers on actions to be taken to ensure compliance with the classified security program.
Oversee classified security programs and provide expertise in all security functions in accordance with applicable security regulations and requirements.
Ensure compliance with government and corporate security policies/procedures.
Serve as the focal point for receiving, processing, distributing personnel security paperwork and a data transfer agent to ingress files and upload into Government databases.
Develop, document, and present security education, training, and awareness (SETA) activities.
Maintain liaison and good working relationships with government agencies, external customers, contractors, employees, and managers.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree.
Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong working knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD), Department of Defense (DoD) security requirements and the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope.
Preferred Qualifications:
JADE, DISS and SIMS experience.
Experience implementing multiple security disciplines including Personnel, Physical, Communications and Operations Security programs.
Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) Industrial Security Certifications, Physical Security and FSO certification a plus.

Salary Range: $73,900 - $110,900
