CACI International Inc. is seeking an Industrial Security professional in Maryland to administer government and company security programs, including SF86, DD-254, and DI security actions.

You will ensure compliance with NISPOM and related regulations while supporting collateral and SSCI programs. You will handle DISS, e-QIP, SIMS, and ISFD processes, coordinate with security representatives, and conduct briefings and training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years related work experience.
  • U.S. citizenship and minimum active TS Clearance
  • Practical knowledge of DISS, e-QIP, SIMS (or equivalent), and NISS/ISFD
  • Industrial security experience with in-depth knowledge of the NISPOM
  • Experience with personnel security, document and visitor control
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with all levels of staff and outside personnel
  • Experience in U.S. Government, DoD, Intelligence, or contractor security management
  • Excellent written and oral communications and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

  • Administer routine aspects of the DOD, Intelligence and other industrial security programs to ensure compliance with gov't and company policies.
  • Complete SF86/Agency nomination packages, and DD-254 packages; fingerprinting; VALs; use of DISS
  • Coordinate with customer security representatives to process security clearance requirements
  • Protect classified information and monitor security procedures across personnel, physical, and administrative controls
  • Conduct security briefings and security education programs
  • Investigate losses and security violations and recommend corrective actions
  • Move between tasks as needed and be available for a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment

More About The Role

You will report to the security lead and will: Follow the NISPOM, ICD, and other government regulations, to administer routine aspects of the DOD, Intelligence and other industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Your duties include support to both collateral level security programs and sensitive compartmented information programs. Primary duties include completion of SF86/Agency nomination packages, completing DD-254 packages, fingerprinting, preparation of visit authorization letters (VALs), use of DISS, and coordination with customer security representatives to process security clearance requirements. Protect classified government information, monitor security procedures, ensuring compliance with all aspects of the program including personnel, physical and administrative security systems and procedures. Conduct security briefings and conduct security education programs briefings. Investigate losses and security violations and recommend corrective actions. Have the ability and flexibility to move from one task to another and to be available for a variety of tasks as the need arises.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications
  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years related work experience.
  • U.S. citizenship and minimum active TS Clearance
  • Must possess practical knowledge of and experience with DISS, e-QIP, SIMS (or equivalent system), and NISS/ISFD.
  • Must have previous industrial security experience and an in-depth knowledge of the NISPOM.
  • Must have experience with personnel security, document and visitor control.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally with all levels of staff and outside personnel.
  • Must have experience in the U.S. Government, DoD, Intelligence, or contractor community in security management.
  • Excellent written and oral communications and teamwork skills.
  • Self-starter able to take initiative within a fast paced, agile environment.
  • Must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Well organized and confident to work independently but be a strong team player.
  • Ability to effectively manage ambiguity and multi-task on a variety of initiatives.
  • Must be self-motivated and results oriented.

  • Completed CDSE course - JPAS/JCAVS Virtual Training For Security Professionals
  • Completed CDSE course - Introduction to Personnel Security.
  • Completed CDSE course - Industrial Security Facilities Database (ISFD).
  • Completed CDSE course - FSO Role in the NISP.
  • Completed CDSE course - Introduction to Industrial Security.
  • Completed CDSE course - Essentials of Industrial Security Management.
  • Completion of additional CDSE correspondence courses would be a plus.

The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is

$66,100 - $135,600
