Primoris Energy Services is seeking an experienced Planner/Scheduler in Temple, TX. The role focuses on crafting and maintaining schedules in Primavera P6, coordinating with project teams, and delivering detailed work packages for mid-to-large scale projects.

Candidates should have 3+ years of scheduling experience in an industrial setting, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of project scheduling experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling.
• Resource loading.
• Mechanical construction experience.
• Strong MS Excel skills, including charts and graphs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating and managing construction project schedules with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project schedule using Primavera P6.
• Interface with client representatives for schedule updates.
• Assist with weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Analyze specifications and workload data to determine resource needs.
• Plan and schedule workflow for the project team.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers on status.
• Integrate subcontractor schedules into the master schedule.
• Provide timely updates to schedules and reflect changes.
• Load resources and analyze data within schedules.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with project staff.
• Develop Baseline Schedules and manage CPM schedule coordination.
• Monitor quality of schedule reflection files.
• Assist in weekly/monthly updates with project team and subcontractors.
• Fragment schedules when required and assess impacts on master schedule.
• Provide insights on critical path and near-critical path activities.
• Assist in creating short-term schedules and recovery planning.
