Job summary

Combined Metal Industries (CMI) in New Castle, PA, is seeking an Industrial Scale House Administrator to be the first contact for internal and external customers and to administer the scale operation.

You will handle customer service, process trucks and weights, prepare shipping documents, maintain files, perform data entry, and support daily reporting in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic skills with MS Word and Excel.
• Strong accurate data entry skills.
• Strong English communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Post-Secondary Diploma is an asset.

Scale Administrator

Location: New Castle, PA

Job Type: Full-Time, non-exempt

Shift: 7:30 AM to 5 PM

As CMI continues to grow we are looking for passionate people to join our Operations team. As an Industrial Scale House Administrator, you will be the first point of contact to our internal and external customers and will be responsible for administering the scale operation.
