Remedy Staffing in Tyler, TX is seeking dependable Industrial Sandblasters to prep metal surfaces for painting by removing dirt, grease, rust, and other contaminants.

No prior sandblasting experience is required. We offer hands-on training, a full-time schedule on 2nd shift with potential overtime, and a chance to learn coating and surface preparation skills in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Remove dirt, paint, grease, rust, and other built-up materials from surfaces to prepare items for painting and coating
• Set up and operate blast booths and sandblasting equipment
• Load and unload blast cabinets safely and efficiently
• Assist with painting and coating operations as needed
• Apply and remove non-skid materials when required
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals

Industrial Sandblaster (Training on 1st Shift Required)

Location: Tyler, TX
Pay: $18.25/hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift
Hours:

• Monday-Thursday: 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM
• Friday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday (when required): 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Training Schedule: Must be able to train on 1st Shift (5:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day

• Ability to work in an industrial environment while following all safety requirements
