Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with industrial clients to understand their technical and manufacturing needs, recommending engineered equipment and services to optimize their operations.
  • Analyze customer specifications using engineering principles to propose reliable, high-value solutions for industrial applications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Travel regularly to client sites to assess needs, present technical solutions, and provide engineering support.
  • Partner with suppliers to stay informed on advancements in industrial equipment and ensure solution alignment.
  • Develop and manage account growth plans to maximize client potential.
  • Provide accurate monthly and annual forecasts to support business planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Discipline, or related field. Relevant work experience can be substituted for a four-year degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in engineering, project management, or technical roles within industrial, manufacturing, or complex technical environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical specifications and apply engineering knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build trust.
  • Self-motivated with superior time management to handle multiple priorities and travel demands.
  • Eagerness to transition into a customer-facing role with a focus on technical and industrial solutions.
  • Familiarity with industrial equipment or manufacturing processes is a plus but not required.
