Job summary

Blake Thermal Sales & Service, Inc. is expanding its commercial industrial sales team in the Syracuse/Utica area. Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service and sales knowledge.
• Excellent communication, follow up, organizational and record keeping skills.
• Commitment to be part of a winning team.
• Valid driver's license with proven safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers and Blake Thermal team.
• Assist customers with equipment selection, sizing, and estimating using a consultative approach.
• Prepare and present quotations with support from the inside team.
• Drive sales to meet or exceed targets for the assigned territory.
• Ensure delivery of customer value for sustained growth.
• Use CRM to manage contacts, pipeline, opportunities, and forecasts.
• Participate in local trade associations, trade shows, and seminars.
• Support corporate goals and share market and competitive insights with leadership.
