Perfection Servo, a SunSource company, specializes in providing worldwide service, repair, and remanufacturing in electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, and mechanical components for various industries.

This position is for our Perfection Servo business. Training will occur in our Addison, IL office. Upon completion, you will be transferred to the Baltimore area.

Grow Our Own (GO2) Program:

  • Rotational development program for recent or soon-to-be graduates interested in industrial sales.
  • Extensive training, continuous mentorship, and a clear career growth path.
  • Training typically lasts 12 months within a designated sales hub.
  • Post-training, transfer to your assigned territory.
  • Relocation assistance provided.

Goals of the Program:

  • Develop and grow sales with new and existing customers.
  • Enhance Time and Territory Management skills.
  • Build internal relationships with key support teams.
  • Participate in hands-on training and joint sales calls with experienced Account Managers.
  • Engage with customers to solve specific issues and needs.
  • Ongoing technical, technology, and product training.

Skills to Succeed:

  • 2-year technical degree or related training.
  • B.S. Degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field is a plus.
  • Certifications in Fluid Power, Fluid Process, Fluid Conveyance, or related areas are a plus.
  • Related internship or co-op experience is advantageous.
  • Strong ambition for a career in industrial or engineering sales.
  • Outgoing personality and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on personal development.
  • Mechanical interest and aptitude.
  • Availability to start by Winter or Spring 2025.
  • Willingness to potentially relocate to training hubs for 12+ months.
