Medium is looking for candidates for the Grow Our Own (GO2) – Industrial Sales Account Manager Trainee Development Program in Minneapolis, MN. This is a full-time development program designed for recent graduates interested in industrial sales. You will receive structured training, hands-on experience, and mentorship, preparing you to transition into a full-time Account Manager role. Qualifications

• Internship or co-op experience in sales/distribution or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Mechanical interest/aptitude is a plus.
• Ability to relocate to Addison, IL for 12 months.

Responsabilités

• Participate in structured training with ongoing mentorship.
• Learn full cycle outside sales skills and visit customers on-site.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
