Formación

• 1–3 years of safety experience in industrial construction or equivalent schooling.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety and health training.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct orientations, educate and train employees on safety policies and regulations.
• Conduct unscheduled and scheduled inspections of work areas.
• Implement HS&E programs and strategies including behavior-based safety and risk management.
• Provide coaching and support to construction field operations.
• Supervise and administer safety activities.
• Participate in incident investigations identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Review construction work plans with project managers.
