• Experience designing and implementing comprehensive industrial health and safety programs (Injury and Illness Prevention Program).
• Hands-on experience developing security strategies to protect people and infrastructure.
• Public utility experience is highly desirable; CSP or CHSM certification is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the safety and security program across a 220-square-mile service area.
• Lead incidents investigations, trend analysis, and safety training for field crews.
• Develop and manage safety policies, budgets, and compliance with evolving regulations; serve on Safety Committee.
