• Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and constraints.
• Evaluate and select subcontractors and vendors based on price, quality, and reliability.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Present estimates and cost plans to senior management for review and submission to clients.
• Maintain and update a database of historical cost information for future estimates.
• Stay current with industry trends, pricing, and best practices in rigging and machinery moving.
• Promote a strong safety culture and collaborate with the safety department to meet project requirements.
