Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in rigging or related roles.
• NCCER certification or related program preferred.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined/overhead spaces.
• Experience reading blueprints and industrial drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment per drawings using hoists, lift trucks, hand tools and power tools.
• Accurately apply intermediate mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Assemble and install equipment such as shafting, conveyors, gearboxes and pumps.
• Align machines and equipment using hoists, jacks, hand tools, calipers and plumb bobs.
• Work at heights with precision, following step-by-step procedures and safety protocols.
