Job summary

Hamilton Tanks LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking a reliability-minded mechanic to lead preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and repairs across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, CNC, and HVAC systems. You will diagnose issues, perform safety inspections, and minimize downtime while maintaining hydraulic and automation equipment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment.
• Strong mechanical foundation with engine, hydraulic, and electrical expertise.
• Experience conducting machine safety inspections.
• Knowledge of CNC troubleshooting and repair.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Own preventive maintenance planning and execution to drive reliability.
• Perform in-depth root-cause analysis and complete both planned and unscheduled maintenance.
• Pinpoint and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and repair hydraulic equipment and circuits.
• Diagnose and correct problems with industrial automation systems.
• Lead machine safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery with accuracy.
• Support HVAC system upkeep and repairs.
