Job summary

INTEGRITY JOBS is seeking an Industrial Equipment Reliability Technician in Mount Vernon, OH to perform preventive maintenance on a range of machinery and equipment. You will troubleshoot issues, implement lasting repairs, and document actions to ensure clear asset health records.

You will collaborate with production and safety teams to optimize uptime, follow safety regulations, and assist with installing new equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus.
• Hands-on experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and electrical/mechanical schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Clear communication and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including overtime when required.

Industrial Equipment Reliability TechnicianLocation: Mount Vernon, OHA Day in the LifeYou arrive on the floor before the first shift ramps up, scan the maintenance log, and plan your route. A conveyor is due for preventive care, a VFD threw a fault overnight, and a CNC cell needs a changeover later today. You move from inspection to intervention—listening for subtle bearing noise, tracing a schematic to isolate an electrical issue, then updating records so the team has a clear picture of asset health.
