Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep production moving through preventive care, precise troubleshooting, and meticulous documentation. You will work with a team under the Maintenance Manager and partner with senior technicians to elevate equipment uptime and reliability.

Responsibilities include reviewing work orders, performing mechanical and electrical maintenance, and updating logs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of mechanical maintenance or related industrial mechanical experience.
• Strong diagnostic ability across mechanical and electrical systems; fluent with schematics, wiring diagrams, and a digital multimeter (DMM).
• Comfort with math (fractional/decimal) and digital documentation, instructions, and forms.
• Flexible, adaptable, and an effective verbal communicator.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders and perform preventive maintenance on major plant assets.
• Tackle mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and power‑transmission system needs; perform repairs and changeovers.
• Update inspection logs, restock parts, and document maintenance records clearly.
• Coach junior mechanics and coordinate with production teams and leadership on machine status.
