The ideal candidate has 6 months of mechanical maintenance experience or completed an industrial maintenance training program, with strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 6 months of mechanical maintenance experience or a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment.
• Basic math skills.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and emergency call-ins.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems and utility equipment.
• Maintain steam generation, compressed air, water distribution, condensate return, and related utilities.
• Install, inspect, and repair utility equipment using proper tools and testing equipment.
• Complete maintenance documentation and CMMS/SAP work orders accurately.
• Support preventative maintenance initiatives to ensure reliable operation.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow safety, food safety, GMP, and SQF requirements.
• Respond to equipment issues and support emergency repairs.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support facility operations.
