Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc is seeking a Service Technician to repair, maintain, and support industrial refrigeration equipment for customers across multiple sectors. The role requires working knowledge of commercial and industrial refrigeration and electrical controls.

The schedule is Monday to Friday with 45–60 hours per week, and pay ranges from $30 to $60 per hour, depending on experience. Pre-employment and ongoing drug screening are required, with a tobacco-free workplace policy

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of commercial & industrial refrigeration systems.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting for ammonia/Freon systems.
• EPA universal certification required; RETA 1&2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance support for industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Perform routine and emergency service on ammonia and Freon systems.
• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot electrical and control systems.
• Adhere to all safety policies and regulatory requirements.
