Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. seeks a Service Technician to repair, maintain, and support industrial refrigeration equipment for key accounts across North America. You will work on ammonia and Freon systems, require knowledge of controls, electrical troubleshooting, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in supermarket/rack/industrial refrigeration.
• Knowledge of controls and electrical high/low voltage.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Motor alignment experience.
• RETA 1&2 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Refrigeration repair and maintenance support to industrial accounts in food & beverage and refrigerated storage equipment from 100 HP to 5,000 HP.
• Perform routine and emergency service on ammonia and Freon refrigeration equipment.
• Utilize knowledge of screw and reciprocating compressors, electrical troubleshooting of ammonia central systems, and control/alarm systems for inspections and maintenance.
• Adhere to all safety policies, procedures and governing requirements.
