Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. provides industrial refrigeration and process cooling solutions across North America. The Service Technician will repair, maintain, and support refrigeration equipment for customers, with emphasis on ammonia/Freon systems and electrical controls.

The role requires hands-on field work, safety compliance, and a focus on customer service. Schedule typically Monday–Friday with 45–60 hours per week; compensation is $30–$60 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in supermarket/rack/industrial refrigeration systems.
• Knowledge of controls and electric (high and low voltage).
• Universal EPA certification.
• Motor alignment experience.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance support for industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Perform routine and emergency service on ammonia and Freon systems.
• Troubleshoot compressors and control/alarm systems; ensure safety compliance.
