Fresh Texas in San Antonio is seeking an Industrial Refrigeration Technician to maintain and repair complex refrigeration systems in a fast-paced food processing facility. The role requires mechanical and electrical proficiency and the ability to work independently as well as with a team.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic systems, replace components, document work, and follow safety procedures.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; valid driverys license preferred.
• Flexible availability: night and weekend shifts.
• Strong communication skills; solid mechanical aptitude.
• Detail oriented with ownership mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment and repair line machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical equipment and replace PC boards; program VFDs.
• Maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems; service air compressors.
• Document work performed and participate in safety practices.
