Job summary

CIMCO USA is seeking an Industrial Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team. The role covers repair and maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems across food & beverage, pharma, gas plants, chemical facilities, cold storage, and ice rink projects in our XYZ territory.

You will travel up to 25%, diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment, adhere to safety policies, and work with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and partners.
• Minimum 1–2 years field experience in industrial refrigeration.
• Experience with reciprocating or screw compressors and electrical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration is required or a plus to obtain certifications.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• RETA 1 & 2 and EPA certifications are desirable or obtainable during employment.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems across multiple sectors.
• Adhere to and enforce company safety policies.
• Maintain truck and job boxes, including inventory control.
