Qualifications

• 5–8 years of asset management experience within industrial or commercial real estate.
• Strong financial analysis skills and an understanding of financial statements.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and independently drive projects to completion.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10–15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day asset and property operations, including tenant relationships and property performance.
• Lead leasing activity, including market research, comparable analysis, and negotiations.
• Support acquisition underwriting, transaction analysis, due diligence, and onboarding of new properties.
• Review operating budgets, appraisals, rental assumptions, discounted cash flow analyses, and capital improvement plans.
• Coordinate maintenance, construction projects, vendor contracts, and service proposals.
• Develop analytical tools to monitor portfolio performance and improve reporting and workflows.
• Oversee lease administration, collections, insurance tracking, invoice approvals, and property inspections.
• Support monthly and quarterly investor reporting.
