MHW Search is supporting a CRE Private Equity firm in Atlanta to hire an Acquisitions Analyst focused on industrial assets. The role involves financial modeling, market research, and deal execution across the investment lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in CRE analytics, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with Argus Enterprise. Collaborative, deadline-driven professionals thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 1–2 years of analyst experience in CRE, corporate finance, or IB.
• Strong financial modeling skills with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with real estate pro formas, capital stacks, and returns.
• Understanding of DCF, NPV and cash flow analysis.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team player.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain detailed financial models for acquisitions and development.
• Conduct market research, comps analysis, and underwriting assumptions.
• Prepare investment memorandums and materials for committees.
• Support due diligence, third-party reports, and closing deliverables.
• Analyze leases, tenant credit, and operating performance to inform investments.
• Assist with project budgeting and timelines for development initiatives.
• Collaborate with asset management, development, accounting, and capital markets.
• Track industrial market trends, tenant demand, and competitive positioning.
• Support relationships with brokers, owners, developers, and market participants.
