Job summary

GPM Pump & Seal LLC in Kemah, Texas seeks a skilled pump and seal technician to disassemble, inspect and repair pumps and equipment, fabricate pump packages from drawings, and maintain a fleet of pumps, diesel engines and hydraulic packages.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, welding experience preferred, and the ability to lift 50 lbs; the team offers a supportive shop environment and opportunities within Flow Control Group.

• High level of mechanical aptitude required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect and repair pumps and other equipment.
• Fabricate pump packages based on drawings.
• Maintain fleet of pumps, diesel engines and hydraulic packages.
• Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to work in a shop environment.
• Other duties include loading/unloading pumps and general maintenance
