Job summary

Ares Management is seeking a seasoned Property Manager for an industrial portfolio. This role focuses on maximizing property performance through budgeting, tenant service, and collaboration with asset management and operations teams.

Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, vendor contracts, preventative maintenance, and capital projects; ensuring lease compliance; driving tenant satisfaction and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience handling customer service and administrative issues related to real estate management.
• Experience supervising, directing, and managing vendor partners.
• Experience managing property-level financial planning and reporting.
• Experience managing maintenance capital projects.
• Proficiency in standard real estate related software programs
• Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, vendor partners and internal teams.
• Ability to interpret property-level and corporate documents such as tenant leases, building plans and related specifications, operating and maintenance instructions, and policy manuals.
• BA or BS in Finance, Real Estate, Business Management; CPM/RPA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing an assigned industrial real estate portfolio to maximize property performance.
• Establishes and monitors budgets and provides high-level customer service to tenants.
• Manages vendor partners and coordinates with asset management and other departments.
• Develops and executes preventative maintenance programs and oversees capital projects.
• Monitors accounts receivable and ensures timely collection notices.
• Ensures properties are maintained to company standards and conducts regular property tours.
