Job summary

NELSON is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Industrial Practice in the United States. The role requires leading cross‑discipline teams through feasibility, planning, design, and construction documentation for industrial buildings such as warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities.

You will drive budgets, schedules, and client communications to ensure project success. Ideal candidates have a professional architectural or engineering licensure, 7+ years of PM

Qualifications

• Lead a project and design effort from concept through start-up.
• Experience designing industrial facilities and manufacturing plants.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, scope and risk.
• Strong client relationships and communications.
• Mentor and coordinate junior staff.
• Familiarity with AHJs and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Opportunities, Projects, Planning and Accounting functions.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide direction to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate contracts with clients and consultants; manage budgets.
• Ensure QA/QC reviews and design reviews at key stages.
• Support business development and client relationships.
• Maintain project documentation and billing processes.
