Job summary

Beck & Pollitzer USA is seeking a Project Scheduler in Spartanburg, SC to develop and maintain detailed project schedules for complex industrial engineering and installation projects. The role requires proven experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project, along with strong CPM and schedule controls knowledge.

You will coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Teams, create baselines, track progress, and deliver look-ahead and recovery plans. Travel is 100% as projects progress.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline preferred.
• 3–7+ years of experience in a Project Scheduler or Planning Engineer role.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project required.
• Experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, construction, or installation environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of CPM, project controls, and schedule reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fully logic-linked, resource- and cost-loaded project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Establish work breakdown structures (WBS) aligned with project scope and execution strategy.
• Create baseline schedules and manage updates per change control processes.
• Integrate engineering, procurement, fabrication, delivery, and site activities into a single master program.
• Update schedules with actual progress data and forecast durations; perform critical path and schedule risk analysis.
• Produce look-ahead schedules, recovery programs, and scenario impact analyses.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly schedule reports for internal and client stakeholders.
