Job summary

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead multiple capital improvement, plant expansion, and equipment installation projects in Buffalo, NY. You will work directly with the company owner to move initiatives from planning through completion.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to solve problems on the fly, and a solid background in industrial engineering projects, with occasional travel to regional sites for oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering (MBA a plus)
• 5+ years of project management experience in industrial/manufacturing/chemical plant environments
• Familiarity with PNG infrastructure, regulatory codes, and environmental compliance
• Proficiency in engineering design software and strong analytical capabilities
• Willingness to travel occasionally to regional sites for oversight

Responsibilities

• Direct the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent engineering, capital improvement, and facility expansion projects
• Coordinate goals, timelines, materials, and labor requirements with owner and plant teams
• Monitor budgets and capital expenditures to prevent cost overruns
• Ensure all work meets relevant codes and environmental regulations
• Occasional travel to regional sites for oversight
